Christopher A. Dehring, C.D. - Chief Executive Officer

Christopher A. Dehring, C.D., is a distinguished Caribbean executive whose career spans finance, sports management, telecommunications, and media, marked by a consistent record of innovation and transformative leadership. A former Jamaican youth representative in both football and cricket, he combined his passion for sport with academic excellence at West Virginia Wesleyan College, graduating cum laude in Marketing and Economics. He began his professional journey in corporate finance, rising to lead Citibank Jamaica’s corporate finance operations before founding Jamaica’s first investment bank, Dehring Bunting & Golding, which grew into a publicly listed institution later acquired by Scotiabank.

Awarded by the Government of Jamaica, Commander of the Distinction of Commander Class, Dehring’s impact on cricket administration is both historic and far-reaching. As the principal architect and CEO of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, he led one of the most complex sporting events ever staged in the Caribbean, managing over 9,000 personnel across nine countries while delivering record-breaking commercial and operational results. His leadership facilitated the development of modern cricket infrastructure and elevated the region’s global sporting reputation. Prior to this, his tenure with the West Indies Cricket Board saw the commercialization of regional cricket through major media rights deals, sponsorship growth, and the introduction of enduring development programmes such as Kiddy Cricket and the Shell Cricket Academy.

In the private sector, Dehring has been a pioneer in sports broadcasting and telecommunications. As founder of Sportsmax, the Caribbean’s first dedicated sports television network, he expanded regional access to global sporting content. He later joined the senior leadership team of Cable & Wireless Communications Plc, where he oversaw commercial, product development, and regulatory functions across 23 countries, contributing to multi-billion-dollar operations and major acquisitions that reshaped the regional telecoms landscape.

With a career defined by strategic vision, regional integration, and commercial acumen, Dehring brings a rare blend of experience to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Cricket West Indies. His deep understanding of global sports business, digital transformation, and stakeholder management, combined with a lifelong commitment to West Indies cricket, positions him to lead the organization into a new era of growth, competitiveness, and relevance.

Lynford C. Inverary - Chief Operating Officer 

Lynford C. Inverary serves as Chief Operating Officer of Cricket West Indies (CWI), where he is responsible for the organisation’s day-to-day operations, strategic execution, and the delivery of major programmes and events across the Caribbean. He works closely with the President, Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and wider executive leadership to implement strategic priorities, strengthen governance, and enhance organisational performance.

Inverary joined Cricket West Indies in 2011, initially working within the Cricket Operations department before transitioning to the corporate side of the organisation. He has since spearheaded and contributed to numerous high-impact initiatives, including governance reform, strategic planning, economic impact assessments, business plan development, and major requests for proposals. He also has direct responsibility for Communications and Public Relations, Information Technology, Administration, and Events, ensuring integrated execution across key corporate functions.

He has extensive experience engaging with regional governments, territorial cricket boards, and international cricket bodies. Inverary holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in International Business (First Class Honours) from The University of the West Indies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales.

Lucia Molyneaux, CPA, CIA - Chief Financial Officer

Lucia Molyneaux is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, and financial leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill), earned her CPA designation in 2013, and most recently acquired the Certified Internal Auditor certification, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence.

Lucia built the foundation of her career over a decade at PwC and Grant Thornton in Antigua, four of which were in supervisory and managerial roles. In that time, she gained broad industry exposure spanning retail, wholesale, insurance, banking, hospitality, and aviation. The audit environment also allowed her to pursue one of her greatest professional passions - mentoring and developing emerging talent.

Currently the Chief Financial Officer (Acting) at Cricket West Indies, she formerly served as the first Audit, Risk & Compliance Manager, seeking to bring knowledge and shape a risk-aware culture. From there she was seconded to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup project team as Head of Finance, overseeing the finances of the largest ICC World Cup ever hosted. In addition, Lucia served as Audit Committee Chair for the Department of Environment within Antigua & Barbuda’s Ministry of Health, Wellness and The Environment from 2021 to 2023.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lucia is known for bringing energy and passion to everything she does. An adventurer at heart, she is just as enthusiastic about skydiving as she is navigating intricate financial landscapes, bringing curiosity, courage and a positive mindset.

Miles Bascombe – Director of Cricket, Cricket West Indies

Miles Bascombe was appointed Director of Cricket at Cricket West Indies in 2023, bringing to the role a rare combination of elite playing experience and progressive cricket administration. A former West Indies international, Miles represented the Senior West Indies T20 side in 2011 having previously featured for the West Indies A team, and enjoyed a distinguished domestic career with the Windward Islands and Combined Colleges and Campuses spanning over a decade.

Following his playing career, Miles built an extensive record in cricket governance and development across the region. A member of the CWI Task Force for Selection Systems in 2019, he subsequently served as a CWI Selector from 2019 to 2021, contributing to team strategy and succession planning. As Technical Director of the Windward Islands Cricket Board from 2022, he developed and implemented technical and player development programmes, streamlined the player pathway, and oversaw coach education initiatives. He also served concurrently as Acting President of the SVG Cricket Association and briefly as Chairman of the ICC World T20 Bid Committee for St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Miles holds a Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics with Computer Science, both from the University of the West Indies and pursued ongoing coach education through the CWI Cricket Coaching Education Programme.

Oneka Martin-Bird - Director of Human Resources

Oneka Martin-Bird is the Director of Human Resources at Cricket West Indies (CWI), with 19 years of experience in human resource management across sport and financial services.

She has been with CWI since 2014 and has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Human Resource Officer and Human Resource Manager, prior to her appointment as Director of Human Resources in 2024. Her responsibilities encompass both strategic and operational HR leadership, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and contract management. She was also instrumental in the development and implementation of a comprehensive suite of HR policies within CWI.

In addition to her executive role, Oneka has served as the CWI Human Resources Lead for major ICC tournament projects, including the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 and the ICC Under - 19 Men’s Cricket World Cup. Her work spanned all HR functions and included ensuring full compliance with ICC requirements, government labour regulations, and host-country employment obligations. Prior to joining CWI, Oneka spent over a decade at ABI Bank Ltd., progressing through several roles from Human Resources Clerk to Human Resource Officer, and gaining extensive experience in HR operations. Earlier in her career, she worked in various operational roles at Community First Cooperative Credit Union (formerly Teachers’ Cooperative Credit Union).

Oneka holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. She is a member of the Human Resource Professionals of Antigua and Barbuda (HRPAB), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She previously served on the Board of Directors of Community First Cooperative Credit Union from 2019 to 2025, first as Secretary and subsequently as Vice President, and also served as a member of its HR Committee.

Alanna Medford-Singh - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

An accomplished sports law and governance executive, Alanna Medford-Singh serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cricket West Indies. Appointed to this role in August 2019, she provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors and senior management on legal and regulatory matters, commercial strategy, and risk management. 

Her journey with Cricket West Indies began in 2008, where she oversaw the organization’s legal function, playing a central role in major media rights and sponsorship negotiations, engaging in collective bargaining discussions with the West Indies Players’ Association and coordinating the company’s position in adversarial proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. 

With extensive administrative experience spanning sports governance, commercial regulations, intellectual property protection, and international event management, she has been directly involved in many defining off-field moments in modern West Indies cricket — navigating complex negotiations, high-profile disputes, structural reforms, and major commercial agreements.  

She has also played a key role in some of the most iconic cricket events hosted in the West Indies. From the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 to the ICC World Twenty20 2010 and the ICC Women’s Twenty20 2018, she has been part of the executive team delivering world-class events on home soil. Most recently, she contributed to the successful delivery of the historic ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 — the largest sporting event ever hosted in the region. 

Nearly two decades in, she remains passionate about building strong governance frameworks, protecting the game’s integrity, and helping West Indies cricket compete, and lead on the global stage. 

Nelecia Stacy Yeates - General Manager of Coolidge Cricket Ground

Nelecia Yeates is a dynamic, results - driven executive with over twenty - three years of proven leadership in commercial strategy, brand development and high - stakes project management. With a track record of delivering multimillion -dollar sponsorship deals, scaling revenue and executing global - standard events, she brings visionary leadership and operational excellence to every venture.

She has managed regional and international cricket events for the West Indies Cricket Board (now Cricket West Indies) and the International Cricket Council. As General Manager of Coolidge Cricket Ground (‘CCG’), she leads the redevelopment of a world-class multi-use sports and entertainment facility – overseeing master planning, architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement and commercial viability. Nelecia combines deep market insight, influential networks and a relentless growth mindset required to deliver this multi -million dollar project, which will accelerate skill development at all levels for cricket from grassroots to elite, ensuring that all West Indies players are not only prepared to compete, but to dominate on the world stage.

Nelecia has negotiated and delivered over US$10 million in sponsorship and media rights deals for CWI, working with global and regional brands such as Scotiabank, Diageo, NAGICO, ESPN, Carib, Sagicor and regional Governments. Her leadership as Director, Commercial of the ICC Women’s World Cup T20 West Indies 2018 broke global attendance records and set new commercial benchmarks for women’s sports in the region- demonstrating her capacity to innovate, inspire and execute at scale.

Academically trained in International Relations from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She holds a BA (Hons) History, Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations and professional certifications in Event Management from George Washington University, Negotiations at the University of Notre Dame and International Sports Management from Manchester Business School.
